Enhancing Physical Training for Schoolchildren: Best Practices in Supplementary Education

Abstract. This study examines effective methods of physical training for middle school students within the framework of supplementary education, using the City Junior Football School as a case study. The primary focus is on a group of girls participating in football as part of supplementary educational programs. The research analyzes the impact of various training programs on physical activity levels and sports achievements. The article provides practical recommendations for optimizing the physical training process for schoolchildren, based on an analysis of the effectiveness of different training methods.
